Profile Images
You may have noticed we did a release a couple of months ago that changed the way our site looks.
This change gives your profile pages a large header space that for the majority of our listings, is currently a plain grey box. You can update this to be a picture, which has more visual appeal. The image is from your most recent project so if you want to change it up, just add a new project.
Add projects using the HomeStars for Business App It’s a super easy way to show off your favourite projects and ask for a review all from your smart phone.

Review Investigations
Whenever you do not recognize a review on your listing you can now request an investigation on that review yourself.
- Login to your listing and click on Reviews in your Company Dashboard.
- Find the review you want to investigate and click the ‘Request Investigation’ button (This button will not appear if the review is over one year old or the review has already been investigated).
- Fill in a description of why this review needs to be investigated. (Keep in mind we do not investigate reviews to dispute details, so if the client is saying the job took three weeks but it only took you two, you need to respond to the review.)
