Becca is a Business Development Representative who has been with HomeStars since November 2020. Becca’s not only a team player, she thinks big picture for company objectives and always puts the customer’s needs at the front of every sale. What is your role at HomeStars?
I am a Business Development Rep here at HomeStars and I am responsible for the recruitment of our awesome home service professionals! I have been a part of some extra seed market outreach and continue to help where asked!
Describe the qualities of your ideal teammate.
My ideal teammate is someone who is honest, patient and optimistic. Someone who can bring energy and make everyone else smile.
When you aren’t at HomeStars, what are you doing?
Depending on the season and current restrictions I am either running outside and soaking up the sun or snowboarding somewhere in the Rockies! Really anything that will get me outside!

What was your first job?
I found an ad in the local coffee news from a man selling wooden things like birdhouses or creative hanging decor (ex: crows wearing farm hats on swings) who was looking for help selling them. I was probably 11ish. I called him and he showed up with all his things and a red wagon for me and I walked all over town that summer selling these creations. They were actually really nice and I sold a ton of them!
What fictional place would you want to exist?
A world of complete equality and no animal cruelty!
