Nadia is a Senior Business Development Consultant who has been at HomeStars since October 2014. She describes her best HomeStars achievement as having the highest sales retention in 2019! If she were a dish of food, it would definitely be West Indian cuisine because she loves oxtail as it’s flavoured to perfection, with a little bit of spice! What is your role at HomeStars?
Senior Business Development, Sales, Account Management. Connecting with my pipeline each day. Making connections with companies and providing the value of the HomeStars platform.
What makes you excited to come to work every day?
Sales has followed me through life in so many different avenues. HomeStars provides a great work culture that keeps me motivated each day. Every day is different and I look forward to working with my team members who put a smile on my face every day.
If you could trade jobs with someone at HomeStars for a day, who would it be and why?
Software Engineer. Software plays a key role with HomeStars and learning more about the platforms and how they work is always beneficial.
Describe the qualities of your ideal teammate.
Someone who is dedicated, self-motivated, target-oriented, highly focussed and overall has a great personality and consistently has a positive attitude
When you aren’t at HomeStars, what are you doing?
Vacationing in Miami… LOL!! Ocean water is a girl’s best friend! Also, I enjoy boot camps and biking or you will find me in the kitchen making pizzas and pasta!
What is one skill that you would like to master?
Surfing!! Spent many hours in the ocean of Hawaii and conquering a 10-foot wave would be awesome!
