It’s a small world; HomeStars Founder and CEO Nancy Peterson first met Tanya Bilmer of Kitchen Makeovers through her aunt and uncle who live in White Rock, British Columbia. They hired Tanya to update their kitchen cabinets, then like all good relatives, they mentioned HomeStars!
Tanya founded Kitchen Makeovers in 2009 with one employee. Today, she has a dozen employees with no signs of slowing down. But her strategy has stayed simple: to help customers update their old kitchens with renewed cabinets. Her highly-individualized approach to customer service has earned her place at the Best of Awards since 2011.

Dynamic duo Stacy Walton and her husband Shane have run 24/7 Electric in Calgary since 2010 with plans to franchise into BC and beyond. When HomeStars first launched in Calgary, 24/7 Electric was one of the first companies to jump on board.

Nine years ago, Andrew and Nick took a leap of faith by starting Aqua Tech Waterproofing.
