Kwanta is our Senior Marketing Automation Specialist who has been at HomeStars since June 2018. When not at work, Kwanta can be found cooking incredible Thai food, attending F45 fitness classes, or reminiscing about wanting to be Britney Spears when she grew up! Meet Kwanta by learning more about her below.
What is your role at HomeStars?
I’m the Senior Marketing Automation Specialist and I am passionate about delivering an excellent consumer experience using data-driven decision making. My responsibilities include growing and retaining consumer demand and developing communications to inspire Canadians to invest in their homes.
An interesting project that I am part of right now is automating our homeowners’ data so we can send personalized communications.
What makes you excited to come to work every day?
Not only do I get to do what I love doing but being surrounded by a team of very smart, talented, and super supportive people is the cherry on top.
If you could trade jobs with someone at HomeStars for a day, who would it be and why?
I would love to play Nancy the CEO for a day so that I can experience what it is like being in her shoes.
What qualities do you look for in a teammate?
A creative team player, solution maker, open to change and growth. Must have a good sense of humour.
What has your journey at HomeStars been like so far?
I got to mentor an amazing team of people, present at company events, share HomeStars learnings with other professionals in the Marketing Automation world and be mentored by my managers that enable me to grow and achieve my goals.
