David Bounsall has been a homeowner for over 30 years. During that time, he has lived in only two homes and both were 'fixer-uppers' built in the late 1940's. So he's learned a thing or two about home improvement and repairs along the way, which he loves to write about. When he's not writing, Dave enjoys golf, cooking, gardening plus coaching and playing hockey.
