Solar Water Heating workshop in Hudson, MA
The sun is here in New England and appears not to be a tourist but an actual spring/summer resident (finally!), so it's the perfect time to talk about using the sun to our advantage.One of the easiest ways to use solar energy to your advantage is to install a solar hot water system. The basics: water is piped to your roof, the sun heats it, and the water is piped back down into the house to the location where hot water is needed (shower, washing machine, etc.).
