It’s a regular occurrence here at HomeStars. People post a critical review of a company, and suddenly the gears start turning at the company in question. No one likes to be criticized publicly but sometimes that’s what it takes.  Here’s a clip of a recent email:

“I would like to remove my review for Ridley Windows.  I advised them I would be writing a review on your site stating the poor service I have received from them.  They have now decided to make my concerns a top priority and intend to correct the problems.”

We actually prefer when reviewers edit their review, rather than remove them. Then it doesn’t just ‘magically’ disappear, which  seems suspicious to other readers.

We are never happy when our readers aren’t elated with the service they receive from companies they find on HomeStars, but are overjoyed when things work out. Big Kudos to Ridley Windows for stepping up and starting the process to make things right! A reason to choose them!
